Should you receive an Essential Leatherworks product that is defective in materials or workmanship, you can count on us to make it right. Our guarantee is limited to the cost of the product itself. We do not cover normal wear and tear. We say you got your money’s worth if it wears out. Also, we cannot be responsible for an item which has suffered through alteration, damage due to improper cleaning, improper use, mishandling or accidents. If we made a mistake in personalizing your product or if the product is defective in materials or workmanship, of course we’ll replace it. Due to the nature of Leather and leather products made from hand, you may see variations in the product you receive when compared to pictures online. Leather itself may be blemished from Tannery and is completely normal, I do my best to pick the highest quality and consistent leather I can find. Otherwise, personalized products are not returnable. All sales are final.
